Domain of unknown function (DUF750). This family of proteins with unknown function shows similarity to PNG-1, a enzyme responsible for de-N-glycosylation of misfolded glycoproteins in the cytosol. However, unlike PNG-1, this protein does not contain a catalytic triad in its transglutaminase domain.
