  Domain Name: DSBA
DSBA-like thioredoxin domain. This family contains a diverse set of proteins with a thioredoxin-like structure pfam00085. This family also includes 2-hydroxychromene-2-carboxylate (HCCA) isomerase enzymes catalyze one step in prokaryotic polyaromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) catabolic pathways. This family also contains members with functions other than HCCA isomerisation, such as Kappa family GSTs, whose similarity to HCCA isomerases was not previously recognised. Some member sequences have been annotated as a dioxygenases, dehydrogenases, and putative glycerol-3-phosphate transfer proteins, but are most likely HCCA isomerase enzymes.

Tips:
If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
