  Domain Name: Ig1_NCAM-2
First immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domain of neural cell adhesion molecule NCAM-2. Ig1_NCAM-2: first immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domain of neural cell adhesion molecule NCAM-2 (OCAM/mamFas II, RNCAM). NCAM-2 is organized similarly to NCAM , including five N-terminal Ig-like domains and two fibronectin type III domains. NCAM-2 is differentially expressed in the developing and mature olfactory epithelium (OE), and may function like NCAM, as an adhesion molecule.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

This domain occurred 8 times on human genes (19 proteins).

Tips:
If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
