CpG binding protein zinc finger C terminal domain. This domain family is found in eukaryotes, and is approximately 240 amino acids in length. This domain is the zinc finger domain of a CpG binding DNA methyltransferase protein. It contains a CxxC motif which forms the zinc finger and binds to DNA.
