  Domain Name: ATZ_TRZ_like
TRZ/ATZ family contains enzymes from the atrazine degradation pathway and related hydrolases. Atrazine, a chlorinated herbizide, can be catabolized by a variety of different bacteria. The first three steps of the atrazine dehalogenation pathway are catalyzed by atrazine chlorohydrolase (AtzA), hydroxyatrazine ethylaminohydrolase (AtzB), and N-isopropylammelide N-isopropylaminohydrolase (AtzC). All three enzymes belong to the superfamily of metal dependent hydrolases. AtzA and AtzB, beside other related enzymes are represented in this CD.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Tips:
If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
