Chromatin assembly factor 1 p150 subunit. P150 is a polypeptide subunit of CAF-1, which functions in depositing newly synthesised and acetylated histones H3/H4 into chromatin during DNA replication and repair.P150 is the HP1 interaction site of CAF-1 and lies within the N-terminal region of the protein.
