  Domain Name: DC_UbP_C
dendritic cell derived ubiquitin-like protein. DC_UbP (dendritic cell derived ubiquitin-like protein) is a ubiquitin-like protein from human dendritic cells that is expressed in the mitochondrion. The ubiquitin-like domain of this protein is found at the C-terminus and lacks the canonical gly-gly motif of ubiquitin required for ubiquitinization. DC_UbP is expressed in tumor cells but not in normal human adult tissue suggesting a role for DC_UbP in tumorogenesis.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Total Mutations Found: 0

This domain occurred 7 times on human genes (8 proteins).

If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
