  Domain Name: GRB7_RA
RA (RAS-associated like) domain of Grb7. Grb7_RA The RA (RAS-associated like) domain of Grb7. Grb7 is an adaptor molecule that mediates signal transduction from multiple cell surface receptors to various downstream signaling pathways. Grb7 and its related family members Grb10 and Grb14 share a conserved domain architecture that includes an amino-terminal proline-rich region, a central segment termed the GM region (for Grb and Mig) which includes the RA, PIR, and PH domains, and a carboxyl-terminal SH2 domain. Grb7/10/14 family proteins are phosphorylated on serine/threonine as well as tyrosine residues and are mainly localized to the cytoplasm.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Tips:
If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
