  Domain Name: RASSF1_RA
Ubiquitin-like domain of RASSF1 tumour supproessor protein. RASSF1 (also known as RASSF3 and NORE1) is a tumour suppressor protein with a C-terminal Ras-associating (RA) domain that binds Ras. RASSF1 also binds the proapoptotic protein kinase MST1 and is thus thought to regulate the proapoptotic signalling pathway. RASSF1 also associates with microtubule-associated proteins like MAP1B and regulates tubulin polymerization. RASSF1 also binds CDC20 and regulates mitosis by inhibiting the anaphase-promoting complex and preventing degradation of cyclin A and cyclin B until the spindle checkpoint becomes fully operational.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Total Mutations Found: 2
Total Disease Mutations Found: 0
This domain occurred 6 times on human genes (16 proteins).

If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
