  Domain Name: YlqF
Circularly permuted YlqF GTPase. Proteins of the YlqF family contain all sequence motifs typical of the vast class of P-loop-containing GTPases, but show a circular permutation, with a G4-G1-G3 pattern of motifs as opposed to the regular G1-G3-G4 pattern seen in most GTPases. The YlqF subfamily is represented in all eukaryotes as well as a phylogenetically diverse array of bacteria (including gram-positive bacteria, proteobacteria, Synechocystis, Borrelia, and Thermotoga).
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Total Mutations Found: 2
Total Disease Mutations Found: 0
This domain occurred 4 times on human genes (4 proteins).

Tips:
If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
