A leucine zipper was proposed to be present towards the C-terminus of human Haspin, (up-stream of the current family); however, as this domain would appear to span several helices and be largely within a loop structure, the actual zipper might be further downstream, and be this family, which is the very C-terminal part of the Sch. pombe sequence.
