RNA polymerase I, Rpa2 specific domain. This domain is found between domain 3 (pfam04565) and domain 5 (pfam04565), but shows no homology to domain 4 of Rpb2. The external domains in multisubunit RNA polymerase (those most distant from the active site) are known to demonstrate more sequence variability.
