SecE/Sec61-gamma subunits of protein translocation complex. SecE is part of the SecYEG complex in bacteria which translocates proteins from the cytoplasm. In eukaryotes the complex, made from Sec61-gamma and Sec61-alpha translocates protein from the cytoplasm to the ER. Archaea have a similar complex.
