Extractor of Mutations (EMU) is an automatic rule-based algorithm
to identify mutation patterns and their associated genes from
biomedical citations for a specific disease.

The resulting mutational data is combined with NCBI's OMIM
database and listed by the associated Disease, Gene, or Protein.
