  Domain Name: DAGK_delta_RA
Ubiquitin-like domain of Diacylgylcerol kinase (DAGK). DAGK_delta_RA Diacylgylcerol kinase (DAGK) phosphorylates the second messenger diacylglycerol to phosphatidic acid as part of a protein kinase C pathway. Nine mammalian DAGK isotypes have been identified, which are classified into five subgroups according to their domain architecture and the DAGK-delta and -theta isozymes, which fall into one such group, contain an RA (Ras-associated) domain. DAGKs also contain a conserved catalytic domain (DAGKc), an assesory domain (DAGKa), and an array of conserved motifs that are likely to play a role in lipid-protein and protein-protein interactions in various DAG/PA-dependent signalling pathways.
No pairwise interactions are available for this conserved domain.

Total Mutations Found: 0
Total Disease Mutations Found: 0
This domain occurred 1 times on human genes (2 proteins).

If you've navigated here from a protein, hovering over a position on the weblogo will display the corresponding protein position for that domain position.

The histograms below the weblogo indicate mutations found on the domain. Red is for disease (OMIM) and blue is for SNPs.

Functional Features are displayed as orange boxes under the histograms. You can choose which features are displayed in the box below.
